Applebee’s Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser
Come enjoy a pancake breakfast with your fellow band parents and students. The breakfast includes: pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, juice and coffee. Students have signed up to serve our guests. There will also be raffle tickets for sale for the opportunity to win some great prizes.
Your students were given two tickets for $10 each. Please turn in your money immediately. The tickets are like cash and we must pay for every ticket. Therefore, if you are unable to attend the breakfast, please turn in your tickets so they can be reissued,or even better, see if you can sell them to someone else. If you would like additional tickets please email email@example.com. All money is due by Wednesday, October 18th.

Friday, October 20th Pasta Dinner Volunteers Needed
|Each year we host the Eastlake Middle School band who will also be performing during the home football game vs. Mater Dei. Prior to the game, we will be serving a pasta dinner to both bands and color guard.
Parents we are in need of volunteers to cook an easy pasta dish, cut lettuce, help set-up, help serve, and help clean up. All food will be provided to prepare the dishes.. If you are able to help please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Here is another chance to order Spirit Gear! The Legends of the East sweatshirts will be done on a separate form in the near future, for the design is still pending.

Please print a copy of the form, fill it out, and place with payment in an envelope with student’s name, amount, and spirit gear written on the outside of the envelope. All orders are due by October 6th.
MATTRESS FUNDRAISER MEETING
Thank you for your support of your student’s music education and the Eastlake Band and Guard programs. We only get to do this because of you.
We have an opportunity to earn some much needed money for your students and it requires minimal effort from you. Please attend the meeting on Wednesday, August 30 at 7:00PM in the cafeteria to hear how the mattress fundraiser works, and what your simple role is.
Our Program will receive $5 for EVERY PARENT in attendance!
You are not being asked to sell anything! Nothing! The professionals will take care of that. Your knowledge will provide 90% of whatever we make on this fundraiser. Not labor, not sales, just what you already know and can do quickly and easily. Your participation is FUNDAMENTAL to the success of this event.
Also, you will be entered into a raffle for prizes at the end of the meeting.
After the meeting, we will go to the field and watch our students rehearse their field show!
